CLEO currently is only able to accept online orders to shipping addresses within the United States, and do not ship internationally. To ensure secure delivery of your order, CLEO will ship orders to post office boxes, APO or FPO addresses using USPS only.
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. During peak holiday and promotional periods, order processing times may be longer.
Hawaii, Alaska & Puerto Rico:
Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska will be shipped using USPS or UPS. Shipments to Puerto Rico will be shipped via USPS (First Class, Priority or Priority Express). Additional delivery charges may apply.
Custom Orders:
Please allow an additional 10-14 days for delivery of custom items. Next day delivery is not offered for custom items.
